How I Work With Buyers (Your Team of Specialists / Professionals)
Buying a home should be fun! It’s a lot of work, too, and that’s where I come in. As your Buyer’s Agent, I’ll join with you to form a team whose mission is to find the home that exceeds your needs and embraces your dreams. My first job is to help you gather all the information you need to make smart decisions that keep your investment safe. Together we’ll study the market, be open to all possibilities and make strong, competitive offers.  We’ll work with an honest lender who puts your needs first.  During escrow, we’ll have the property fully inspected. Information gathered during inspections is an essential key to making the right purchase at the best possible price.  When you move into your new home, you’ll know it’s the right one.

Through-out my career I’ve worked with relocating executives from all over the world.  If you’re new to the Bay Area, we’ll “community” shop first, then focus on your new home.  Learning the subtleties of different neighborhoods, studying the schools, finding the shops and services that are important to you will help you refine your choices and lead the way to your new home.
